UI Designer Specialized in "Mobile/Tablet based web-sites"

Below is the criteria for s/he should be really good:

• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, preferably RUP & Agile methodologies.

• At least 5+ years’ experience in designing UI templates for desktop and 2+ years’ experience in Mobile/Tablet based web-sites using industry standard tools and technologies.

• Experience in creating “Responsive” and “Adaptive” web-sites using HTML5 and CSS3 targeting desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

• Experience in designing and resolving cross browser site compatibility issues.

• Excellent graphics creation and editing skills using Adobe / Macromedia suite.

• Experience with HTML5 / DHTML authoring (IE & Firefox)

• Experience with JavaScript,  AJAX, JQuery, JQuery Mobile.

• Understanding of Java and .NET environments (JSP, ASPX)

• Experience with XML and JSON.

• Experience in industry standard common libraries and frameworks like Twitter Bootstrap for designing Mobile and Desktop based web-sites and applications.

• Very good understanding of Usability theories and concepts.

• Experience in techniques of performance optimization of desktop and mobile web-sites.

• Knowledge of Web 2.0
